This Privacy Policy describes how Epoche Technical Solutions, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with RevuLaunch ("the Service"), a review management platform accessible at revulaunch.com. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
When you create an account, we collect your full name, email address, and a password (stored in hashed form). We also collect your business name, business type, phone number, and website URL during onboarding.
When you connect third-party review platforms (Google Business Profile, Facebook, or TripAdvisor), we collect and store: OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens necessary to maintain your platform connections; business identifiers for each connected platform; customer reviews including reviewer names, ratings, review text, and dates; and any existing owner responses to those reviews. This data is collected solely to provide the review management features of the Service.
The Service uses artificial intelligence (powered by Anthropic's Claude API) to generate suggested responses to customer reviews. Review text and your brand voice preferences are sent to Anthropic's API for this purpose. We do not use your review data to train AI models. Anthropic's data handling practices are governed by their own privacy policy.
Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store credit card numbers, bank account details, or other financial instrument data on our servers. We retain only your Stripe customer ID and subscription status for account management purposes. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.
We use Vercel Analytics to collect basic usage data including page views, browser type, and general geographic region. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes. A session cookie is used solely for authentication.
We use the information we collect to: provide, operate, and maintain the Service; synchronize and display reviews from your connected platforms; generate AI-assisted review responses based on your brand voice settings; post approved responses to connected platforms on your behalf; process payments and manage your subscription; send transactional communications related to your account; and improve and develop the Service.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the following categories of service providers, solely to operate the Service: Stripe for payment processing; Anthropic for AI response generation; Google, Facebook (Meta), and TripAdvisor for review platform integration; Vercel for hosting and analytics; and our PostgreSQL database hosting provider for data storage. We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental regulation.
We retain your account data and review history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data and revoke all connected platform tokens within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you may be retained for analytics purposes.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit, hashed password storage using bcrypt, secure server infrastructure hosted on Vercel, and JWT-based session authentication with expiring tokens. While we take reasonable precautions, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may: access and update your account information through the dashboard settings; disconnect any review platform at any time, which revokes our access to that platform's data; delete your account by contacting us, which removes your personal data; and request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. You can revoke RevuLaunch's access to your connected platforms at any time by disconnecting the platform in your RevuLaunch dashboard settings, or by revoking access directly through the platform (Google Account permissions, Facebook App settings, etc.). When access is revoked, we stop syncing reviews from that platform. Previously imported reviews remain in your dashboard unless you request deletion.
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
