These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RevuLaunch ("the Service"), a review management platform operated by Epoche Technical Solutions, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and accessible at revulaunch.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
RevuLaunch is a software-as-a-service platform that helps businesses manage customer reviews across multiple platforms. The Service provides: aggregation of customer reviews from connected platforms including Google Business Profile, Facebook, and TripAdvisor; AI-assisted generation of review responses using your customized brand voice; the ability to post approved responses to supported platforms on your behalf; and review analytics and sentiment tracking.
To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information current. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with access to all features. After the trial period, continued use of the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscription plans and pricing are listed on our pricing page. All payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms of service. Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You may not: use the Service to post fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive review responses; impersonate another person or business; use the Service to harass, threaten, or defame any individual; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems; use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service beyond its intended use; or violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
The Service integrates with third-party review platforms. By connecting a platform, you authorize us to access your account on that platform to retrieve reviews and, where supported, post responses on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have the authority to connect business accounts and respond to reviews. Your use of third-party platforms remains subject to those platforms' own terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party platforms.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate suggested review responses. You acknowledge that: AI-generated responses are suggestions and should be reviewed before posting; you are solely responsible for the content of any response posted to a review platform, whether AI-generated or manually written; AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate, inappropriate, or not aligned with your intentions; and we do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.
The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by Epoche Technical Solutions, LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your business data, review content, and brand voice configurations. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service. This license terminates when you delete your account.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Epoche Technical Solutions, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Epoche Technical Solutions, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights, including review platform terms of service.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 8, 9, 10, and 12 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
